Life is a matter of heart. Intentions of the heart changes the heart. Once the heart changes then your mind will change. Once your mind changes your body will change. Then your world changes by the way you view yourself and the way you view others. Compassion swarms your inner being. You feel for people and want to help people. Your intentions dictate your actions. Hurt and broken hearts steer us away from compassion. Without a strong heart we constantly think how worthless we are. Your heart can heal properly when you know the capacity of your heart.                Our heart is one of the most important organs in our body outside from the brain and lungs. The heart improves our overall human function and capacity. Both our faith and fitness have the ability to improve our heart capacity. Fitness improves the function of our heart to make it physically stronger and efficient. While, our faith improves the function of our heart to trust the process and endure.

  Heart (a physical matter)

The human heart is at the center of our circulatory system pumping blood nonstop. The heart is also a muscle called the myocardium. The more we exercise the stronger, durable, and more sustainable our heart becomes. We can run longer and perform at a higher intensity because increase blood flow circulation throughout the body to provide increase oxygen to our muscular system for sustainability.

  Heart (a mental matter)

The human heart is made for so much more than to just pump blood through our veins and arteries. The heart is often described as a source bravery, courage, fortitude known as a heart of a warrior. This side of the heart is based on values that help us face fears. When we hear someone has heart that means they care, are sacrificial, and are willing to give it their all in moments of adversity. Have a heart of a warrior today and face any challenge that comes your way. This will increase your capacity to endure any hardships and help you conquer them.

  Heart (a spiritual matter)

When life tragedies hit even exercising or our own will power can’t get us through. These areas in our heart needs to be filled with the capacity of God’s love. The bible speaks a lot about the human heart. Here are just a few examples:

A glad heart makes a happy face; a broken heart crushes the spirit.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭NLT‬‬  Jesus replied, ‘You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭22:37‬ ‭NLT‬‬  Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NLT‬‬  Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭NLT

God knows our heart and will give us the desires of our heart if we continually trust Him. Give Him your heart. Then you can receive all your hearts desires. Once you love God with all your heart you can trust God with all your heart. The more you trust God the more your heart circulates strength throughout your body to keep going and growing in life. The heart pumps nonstop and never rests but even more astonishing is God’s Love that never stops. His love is constantly pumping for us forever, so this Valentine’s Day grab hold of your heart and know that it is made for so much more. Made to work, endure, and above all else made for God. Your heart is meant to be the source of our compassion, strength, resiliency, and love. We must give our heart to God, so we can tap into the full capacity of our heart.
